Roland Joined ORI as a DPhil student in October 2023 as part of the GOALS group. He is supervised by Nick Hawes, and is a member of Lady Margaret Hall. His research interests lie in decision making for robotic teams working together to accomplish complex tasks. Prior to joining the ORI, Roland earned his Bachelor and Masters degrees studying Aerospace Engineering Sciences at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
