I completed my undergraduate degree in Math and Computer Engineering at Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. I did a 16-month internship at a satellite company (GHGSat) in Montreal, Canada, working on the software for measuring methane emissions from satellites.
I am now developing a DPhil project with Nick Hawes and Helen Johnson (Earth Sciences) for underwater gliders autonomously travelling to and measuring sea surface temperature anomalies. I am particularly interested in the deeper structure of sea surface temperature anomalies detected by satellites.
